On suffering

Suffering is caused for leeches-thoughts in our mind. Sucking our vitality and joy dry. Obsessive thinking, soft addictions, worrying; and we die anemic.

There is only one thing that make leeches to let go without much pain: fire. You burn them with a cigarette, and they let you go, without taking a piece if you. If you try to pull them off, they will take a piece of your flesh. So, if you want to get your mind rid of leeches, just use zen_fire.

Sit and meditate. Five minutes of meditation, a cigarette break.

That is it.

What is zen fire?

Zen is fire. Because fire burns. When we sit zazen, to meditate. We are just putting some wood together, and then, starting a fire. We want to burn ourselves to zero. And then start from zero. The Man of zen, is a alive flame. Basically, an unconscious arsonist. Starting a fire in everything he/she touches.

Fire.

This is it

Life should not be measured in time

Life as a process of Nature should not be measured in time. It makes no sense to know for how long one has been living. What matters is how intensely one has been living. Nobody measures storms and earthquakes by how long they last. The important measure is how strong they are.

How strong is your life?

This is it.
